As a Licensed Master of Social Work (LLMSW) and proud graduate of the University of Michigan, Allison is passionate about supporting children, teens, and their families through life’s challenges. Her goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nurturing environment, where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. Allison specializes in working with young people facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, Conduct Disorder, PTSD, and Childhood Trauma. Allison understands that every child’s experience is unique, and she tailors her therapeutic approach to meet each individual where they are, always with the aim of helping individuals thrive both inside and outside of the theraputic space.
In addition to her work with youth, Allison also has experience supporting athletes in navigating the mental and emotional demands of sports. Whether dealing with burnout, mental blocks, performance anxiety, or recovering from an injury, Allison helps athletes reconnect with their strengths and rebuild confidence.
